Convenction Chamber Dryer SKKw is the smallest we have on offer. It is designed for drying foods, fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms and biomass. The dryer has 25 drying trays which gives 0,5m2 of total drying surface of 12,5m2. Drying can be powered by electricity, natural gas or propane-butane. As part of the additional equipment we offer our other product – Transport Trolley WT, which significantly improves efficiency of loading and unloading and allows for higher productivity of the device.

Pulse Chamber Dryer SKP is designed for drying of bulk and lump materials. The dryer consists of four chambers, each of which can be operated individually. The drying process uses a stream of hot air and takes place at temperatures of up to 125 º C. The heated air is distributed by means of pulsing diffusers. A portion of material is being introduced to the dryer inside a container. The special design of our insulated containers allows for a temporary pressure increse after a pulse of hot air is injected. As a result the drying process reaches deeper into the structures of the material dried. After absorbing the moisture the air is discharged through the expansion valve. The wall panels of the device are made of silicate mineral wool. The dryer processes one portion of material at one time. Automation is based on Siemens or Schneider drivers. The process can be monitored using temperature measurement devices that control the supply air and exhaust air temperature.

Our Contact Chamber Drier SKK is designed for drying fruit and vegetables of fine texture such as tomatoes, pears , apples, plums and apricots. The drying process occurs through air circulation at temeperature ranaging from 40 º C to 90 ° C. This causes a change in the appearance of the material and also intensifies the flavour and aroma. The drier operates by processing one portion of material at one time. The walls of the device are made of calcium silicate boards with mineral wool. Automation is based on Siemens or Schneider drivers. The process of drying is monitored by temperature and humidity measuring equipment.

Partial Vacuum Chamber Drier SKP is used for drying of thermolabile products such as candied fruits. The effect of drying at low temperatures is achieved by applying partial vacuum conditions. The boiling point of water in vacuum conditions drops significantly (even to 33 ° C), which makes the process of drying occur in relatively low temeprature range. Drying using partial vacuum conditions allows to maintain the quality and properties of the material. In case of food products the nutritional and taste values are incomparably higher than those obtained in convective drying. /> The process is faster than with use of convective drying method but it requires more energy. The drying chamber is drum shaped therefore able to withstand the vacuum conditions inside without additional reinforcement. The process of drying can be monitored using measurement devices. Automation is based in a Siemens or Schneider drivers.

Convection Chamber Tunnel Dryer SKWKw is used for drying vegetables, fruit, granules, herbs, mushrooms and biomass and is a two door dryer for  ≥ 3 drying trolleys placed in the chamber at the same time. The dryer works in both batch and continuous mode. The dryer is supplied with electricity, gas, oil or pellet.

The drying process takes in trolleys placed on the trackway extended along the chamber and it involves alternating hot air streams under and/or above each tray supplied through diffuser vents placed in the walls of the chamber. Dryers for over 8 drying trolleys are built in the shape of the letter “L” or “U”.
