The Evaporator is designed to thicken solutions by evaporation process. Thanks to the use of partial vacuum conditions the boiling point of solutions ranges from 33 ˚ C to 76 ˚ C.

Thickening of solutions occurs in a roatating drum made out of stainless steel.

In the process the solvent is completely isolated and recovered.

The device operates by processing a portion of the product at one time and applies automatic suction and automatic discharge of condensate.

Automation is based in a Siemens or Schneider drivers.

The device’s housing is made of stainless steel, glass wool and calcium silicate boards.

The Hypertension Evaporator NAW is designed to thicken solutions containing flammable liquids or explosive materials by the process of evaporation. By applying hyperpressure the evaporation occurs at a temperature of 100 ˚ C to 110 ˚ C.

The process occurs in a rotating acid-proof drum.
